Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Please note that shipping and postage fees may apply.

Where do you ship from?
Our primary shipping location is Hong Kong. However, we occasionally ship from other locations based on availability.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Any requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated. However, you may return your order for a full refund once it is received.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional processing time during holidays and sale periods.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Shipping: Orders are dispatched the next business day after processing.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery times may range from 2–4 weeks.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in GBP. Import duties, taxes, and related customs fees may apply once your order reaches its destination, as determined by your local customs office. These charges are your responsibility and are not covered by Layaara.
